Summary of Promotional Terms and Conditions

Please take note that dwell Dongdaemun reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and/or withdraw the Campaign for any or all of the promotions stated below at any time during the Campaign Period.

Terms and Conditions – 1 week free stay at dwell Australia, Singapore, UK, or USA

• Student needs to sign an Accommodation Agreement for at least 12 months at dwell Dongdaemun
• Student submits the application to dwell Dongdaemun and it is subject to room availability in preferred location

Terms and Conditions – Free breakfast

• Any residents enjoy free complimentary breakfast during their stay at dwell Dongdaemun.

Terms and Conditions – Refer a Student Promotion

• Refer a Student who signs Accommodation Agreement for at least 12 months at dwell Dongdaemun will get KRW 50,000 T-money card
• Referral Student means the person specified as ‘Student’ & who is not a current resident at dwell Dongdaemun
• The promotion closes at 5:00pm on 26 February 2019 (KST)
• An Accommodation Agreement for a contract term of not less than 12 months must be entered into by ‘Referral Student’
• The KRW 50,000 T-money card is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash
